Burnout Test

Have the paraprofessionals in your learning group complete one of the suggested "Burnout Tests" in Lesson 4. Facilitate a discussion around the results. Use the suggestions in Lesson 5, or generate additional suggestion from the learning group, on ways to alleviate the stress. Have each participant make a plan, based on their individual needs, to work towards reducing the stress, and improving their satisfaction with their work situation.
