Introduction

Often times great emphasis is placed on educational and behavioral issues of individuals with learning needs. Of equal importance is the area of social skills. Students participating in learning environments are in social situations and thus, the practice of social skills can impact not only their relationships with others, but their learning as well. For this reason, it is important to be aware of social skills that are needed for an individual's current environment as well as his/her future environments.
