Introduction

There are a multitude of instructional methods, strategies, techniques and materials. Deciding what to use can be a confusing task. However, the appropriate choice can be crucial to accomplishing instructional objectives. Things like instructional time, classroom schedules, lesson plans and student evaluation are factors that are important in a learning environment. It is important to learn what works in the classroom and what may need changing. Instructional time, organized lessons, and appropriate classroom schedules can facilitate learning. The paraprofessional can work with the teacher to evaluate what is suitable for various students in the classroom.
